Made from a heavy duty 10 12mm thick felt and cut to shape. Please note, that if you have no original underlay in the vehicle, you will need the deluxe version of this kit. I honestly expected this to be like any other product that works for everyone else, except me. Well, it actually curbs my appetite. I don't notice a flavor. I do take Raspberry Keytones on lunch as well. The problem is, I actually need to remind myself to eat. I haven't lost any weight from it, but I've only been on it a week. I'm dealing with a back injury and the meds they put me on made me gain so much weight, especially since i can't go to the gym currently. Since I started taking this, I stopped gaining weight , so that's huge for me. It's definitely worth the money, if you're having issues like me!
